Aunt Bertha partnered with the Camden Coalition, a network of health care providers focused on improving the quality of the referral process by using smart data, and compassionate, human-centered care, to build best practices into the search experience.
This resulted in the Guided Search tool, which enables staff members using Aunt Bertha's Enterprise Platform the ability to determine the most appropriate social intervention for their clients based on a few simple questions.
When using the Guided Search, your team member will look at specific areas of need (Domains), identify more specifics related to their client (Drivers) and then choose from potential Interventions.
Once the best intervention has been decided, your team member can type in the client's ZIP code to retrieve available programs that fit their specific needs.
Once Domains and Drivers are chosen the program listings are dynamically generated based on the chosen Intervention and the client’s ZIP code.
This gives your organization the ability to present a thoughtful approach to connecting clients in need with programs with guidance based on best practices created by industry experts.
Aunt Bertha is so powerful because it combines the institutional knowledge of providers across Camden and makes that knowledge publicly available.
